Aimee joined the firm in January 2012 and completed her training contract to qualify as a Solicitor in July 2015. She specialises in real estate and business services and her integral role in the team saw her be promoted to Associate Solicitor in March 2020 and subsequently, Partner in June 2022.

Aimee acts for a wide range of clients including individual land owners, property-owning companies, investors, lending institutions, charitable incorporated organisations, charities and pension funds. She undertakes a wide range of commercial law work including business and company acquisitions and dispositions, development set-up and disposal, commercial and residential landlord and tenant work including lease extensions, variations and enfranchisement, complex property transactions such as overage agreements and options, legal easements, partnership agreements, dissolutions and shares purchase agreements.

Aimee has a proactive and friendly approach and is dedicated to achieving and maintaining a positive rapport with all her client and the local community having worked in the Chichester area since qualifying. She has a strong work ethic and provides practical advice and solutions to clients, ensuring that she adapts her style to suit the client’s needs and approach. She has been a key asset to the strengthening and growth of the Real Estate and Business Services Department which has become a well-known and respected Department to the wider community, both with clients and other professionals.
